Best oarlocks for small oars

I have used these for the last 6 years on white water river trips. They perform flawlessly with more angle of use while still holding the smaller diameter oars securely. I bought these for my son after our last trip. He popped both of his oars out of his conventional oarlocks while taking a deep stroke to avoid rocks and pinwheeled out of control through the rest of the rapid. That won't happen with these Cobras.

I have the full-size cobra oarlocks and love them, so I purchased the mini version for my small cataraft. Construction is top-notch and they provide smooth oarstrokes and a large range of motion just like the full-size version. Clavey's price was more than $15 cheaper than anywhere else!
