Best customer service ever!

I needed a raft frame that was backordered into Covid eternity. The sales staff contacted me to let me know the estimated wait time and to ask me if I wanted to cancel my order. I agreed to wait until it was restocked which could possibly take over a month.
Well, long story short, they were able to cobble together enough random frame parts to complete my order. Officially, this item is still backordered... but I have mine!!
Thanks again Clavey!!! I'm a loyal customer for life now.
