Two layers of nylon webbing secure the D-Ring to a 840 denier 42-oz. neoprene base. A strip of neoprene covers the nylon, protecting it from UV and abrasions. Colored Pennel Orca® is glued on top to complete the patch. 2" D-Rings are stainless steel, and attached to a 6" patch.
