Stand Up Paddle Yoga is a fun and challenging introduction to
yoga or a way to deepen your ongoing yoga practice. Class is taught
on the water, with the board as your mat and nature being your
studio. Instruction for these SUP fundamentals is done on dry land
and in the water.
Sup Yoga is a deep core exercise that challenges your balance,
focus and strength in new ways. The motion of the board creates an
instability that forces your body to constantly adapt, creating an
evenly balanced workout while instilling a feeling of achievement
